University of Milano Bicocca, and Dr. Alif Chebbi, postdoctoral fellow, explained the progress achieved during the first phase of CREIAMO project, regarding the production of biosurfactants using agricultural residues from olive oil and winery sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Research Group <a href=\"http:\/\/disatmicrobiology.it\/\">MicroDISAT<\/a> is part of the partners of CREIAMO project,\u00a0working on biosurfactant synthesis using winery residues for potential applications to treat hydrocarbon-contaminated soils.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left:
